Multiples Leads $150 Mn Funding Round In Brahma AI

Multiples Alternate Asset Management has led a $150 Mn funding round in Prime Focus-backed AI audiovisual content platform Brahma AI, with the investment firm putting in $100 Mn through preferred shares.
Brahma will use the fresh capital for research and development (R&D), international expansion, hiring and building out the company’s capabilities.
Multiples founder, MD and CEO Renuka Ramnath said the firm will support Brahma AI’s next phase of growth, including investments in R&D, global expansion and talent.
Founded in 2024 by Prabhu Narasimhan, Brahma AI is building a platform that lets businesses manage, create, translate and distribute video and audio content from a single system. Its customers include Warner Bros., the NBA and Mayo Clinic.
Brahma AI’s platform is divided into two main parts. Brahma AI Core helps organisations organise and search their existing video and audio archives, while Brahma AI Studio uses that material to create or adapt videos, audio and digital-human content.
The London-based company is targeting a growing demand from enterprises that need to produce content for employees, customers and audiences across markets. Its tools include AI-generated digital humans, voice localisation, translation and workflow automation.
Brahma AI is part of the DNEG Group, which acquired Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) in 2024. The company subsequently merged with digital-human startup Metaphysic in early 2025. In November 2025, Brahma AI said the technology and teams from PFT and Metaphysic had been integrated into its platform.
“The volume of content that organisations need to create, personalise, govern and distribute is growing exponentially, while the tools available to manage that complexity remain fragmented. Brahma AI was built to address that challenge through a unified platform that brings together creation, intelligence and distribution in a secure enterprise environment,” Narasimhan said.
The integration brought PFT’s media-management technology together with Metaphysic’s Atman digital-human technology and Vaani voice-localisation technology. DNEG’s visual-effects and animation business also provides Brahma AI with production capabilities.
It is now looking to expand beyond entertainment into sectors including healthcare, sports and advertising.
Brahma AI operates in a market that includes AI video companies such as Synthesia and DeepBrain AI. While these platforms focus largely on video creation, avatars and localisation, Brahma AI is positioning its offering around both content creation and the management of the underlying media libraries.
The company has partnerships with Google, Japanese advertising group Hakuhodo and DNEG. In March, Google Cloud announced a partnership with Brahma AI to scale interactive digital humans for businesses.
